Notice of Intention to Remove Incorporated Society From the Register

I intend to remove the following incorporated society from the Register under section 318(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

I am satisfied that this incorporated society has ceased to operate and there is no other reason for the incorporated society to continue in existence or that no liquidator is acting.
