Cancellation of the Vesting in the Dunedin City Council of Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, cancels the vesting in the Dunedin City Council of that part of the Dunedin Town Belt Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as Māori Reservation
