Classification of Reserve and Vesting in Waitaki District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Coastal Otago Partnerships District of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (memorial community building) reserve and vests the reserve in the Waitaki District Council in trust for that purpose.
