Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.

To all creditors and claimants of BUG BUSTERS COMPUTING LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 22 February 2010):

The sum of $8,997.09 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of BUG BUSTERS COMPUTING LIMITED.

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to BUG BUSTERS COMPUTING LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 21 August 2014.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 7154826.3 (South Auckland Land Registry), Identifier SA36A/414 (“the mortgage”), and in the matter of Selina Anne Ruff:

TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 17 July 2014.

The description of the mortgaged land is 65 Newall Street, Kawerau, being an estate in fee simple comprising 751 square metres, more or less, Lot 15 DP 4603 (South Auckland Land Registry).

Accident Compensation Act 2001

Before the levies are set each year, ACC gives businesses, self-employed people and individuals the opportunity to submit feedback not only on the levy proposals, but on all aspects of the Scheme.

The consultation process for the 2015/16 levy year took place from 20 May to 17 June 2014.

The ACC Board would like to thank everyone who made a submission during the 2015/16 levy consultation. All of the submissions were considered and the ACC Board have made their recommendations to the Minister for ACC, Hon Judith Collins.
