Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BARROW AND HUDSON LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 July 2014 at 10.07am.

We fix 12 August 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
