Airworthiness Directives

Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.

These airworthiness directives came into force on:

• EASA AD 2013-0020R4 11 July 2014
• EASA AD 2014-0155 16 July 2014

This airworthiness directive will come into force on:

• DCA/R2000/25A 17 July 2014

This emergency airworthiness directive came into force on:

• DCA/MA/17 11 July 2014

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9(d), the following amendments were designated with effect from 24 July 2014:

• The following danger area is disestablished:
  NZD223 Waitawa Bay, East Auckland

Financial Advisers Act 2008

Notice Under the Financial Advisers Act 2008

Pursuant to section 147C of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, notice is given of the approval of a Regulatory Reporting Guide for Authorised Financial Advisers for incorporation into Standard Condition 2 of the Standard Conditions for Authorised Financial Advisers.

The Regulatory Reporting Guide will apply to all current authorised financial advisers and to all grants of authorisation of financial advisers from 18 August 2014.

The Regulatory Reporting Guide is available on the Financial Markets Authority’s website at

Printed copies are also available for inspection free of charge and can be purchased on request from the Financial Markets Authority, Level 2, 1 Grey Street, Wellington, or Level 5, Ernst & Young Building, 2 Takutai Square, Britomart, Auckland, between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
