On 3 July 2014 at 11.40am, it was resolved by special resolutions of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BEACHCROFT TRUSTEES LIMITED, FERNDALE ENTERPRISES LIMITED and GURMEET LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
