Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stormwater drainage purposes, subject as to the land sixthly described in the Schedule to this notice to a building line restriction contained in Instrument 804320.1 and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Okoroire Road, Hetherington Road Intersection, Tirau, South Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the South Waikato District Council excepting, pursuant to section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, any mines of coal or other minerals not taken by Proclamation 3056 and further, also excluding mineral interests reserved by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the South Waikato District Council;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and vested in the South Waikato District Council.
