Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Craig William Melhuish and Michael John Keyse, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 4 July 2014 at 11.35am.

The liquidators fix 4 August 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of this company should urgently contact the liquidator.

A creditor holding a contrary view should notify the liquidator within 10 working days of publication of this notice.

The liquidator has fixed 15 August 2014 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
