Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of Exchange of Part of Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Northland District of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the Bream Tail Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the latter Schedule shall be held as scenic reserve for the purposes of the Reserves Act 1977.
