Pursuant to Regulation 8 of the Electricity Industry (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2010 (“Regulations”), the Electricity Authority (“Authority”) gives the following notice.

Title—This notice is the Notice of Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2015.

Levy Rates—(1) The Authority has calculated the annual levy rates for the financial year ending 30 June 2015 in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Regulations, as follows:

Purpose—The purpose of this notice is to extend the definition of environmentally sound disposal beyond the definition provided in the Hazardous Substances (Disposal of Persistent Organic Pollutants) Notice 2004.

Interpretation—In this notice, environmentally sound disposal in relation to a persistent organic pollutant.
