Notice of Action Taken by the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board

The Acting Registrar of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board ("the Board"), in accordance with section 120 of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006 ("the Act"), gives notice of the following registered certifying plumber, certifying gasfitter, and certifying drainlayer having been disciplined by the Board under part 3 of the Act, and the effect of the order of the Board under section 106 of the Act:

Gordon Kevin Anslow, of Wellington, (04248), has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence. In a decision dated the 6th day of May 2014, the Board ordered, pursuant to section 106 of the Act, that Gordon Kevin Anslow pay a fine of $5,000.00 and that his certifying plumber registration be suspended for a period of six months commencing from 6 May 2014. In addition, pursuant to section 107 of the Act, Gordon Kevin Anslow was ordered to pay a contribution to the costs and expenses of the disciplinary proceedings of $10,000.00.
