Road Realignment—State Highway 1, Western Hills Drive, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice is acquired for functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA923/223 subject to Mortgage 9276677.16, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1993 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Tasman District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL11A/1042, subject to Mortgage 9168351.2 and the right to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media easement in gross created by easement instrument 9662959.3;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL11A/1042, subject to Mortgage 9168351.2 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
