Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, David Cunningham Carter, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that Katrina May Shanks has resigned her seat in the House of Representatives effective at the conclusion of Tuesday, 21 January 2014, and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
