Reserves Act 1977
Classification, Vesting and Declaring That a Reserve Form Part of a Recreation Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions and SLM Manager of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in the Taupo District Council in trust for that purpose.
Furthermore, the Manager declares that the reserve described in the First Schedule form part of the recreation reserve described in the Second Schedule.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying Recreation Reserve to Form Part of Waiwhakaiho Park
Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the New Plymouth District Council corrects the error in the Schedule to the notice classifying the reserve for recreation purposes to form part of Waiwhakaiho Park dated the 5th day of May 2014 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 May 2014, No. 48, page 1405, by amending the area of square metres
"2858"
to read
"2656".

Appointment of the Mistletoe Bay Trust Incorporated to Control and Manage Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director, Conservation Partnerships of the North and Western South Island Region of the Department of Conservation, hereby appoints the Mistletoe Bay Trust Incorporated to control and manage the part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto for recreation purposes, subject to the said Act and an agreement dated the 1st day of May 2004.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the North Canterbury District of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as scenic reserve.
