Notice of Dissolution of the Kerikeri Primary School Board of Trustees (1034) and Direction to Appoint a Commissioner

Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I dissolve the Kerikeri Primary School board of trustees and direct the Secretary for Education (or delegate), to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Under section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989, as the Secretary for Education’s delegate I appoint

Chris Saunders

as commissioner for the Kerikeri Primary School board of trustees.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
