Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2014
Pursuant to sections 108 and 109 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003, the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2014.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2014 and replaces the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 April 2013, No. 46, page 1423.
- Fees—The Social Workers Registration Board sets the following fees and disciplinary levies, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedules.

Tax—The fees are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax.
