Reserves Act 1977

Declaration, Classification and Change of Classification of Reserves

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council resolved on 17 March 2014 that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council declares:

(a) the land described in the First Schedule is declared to be recreation reserve;

(b) the land described in the Second Schedule is classified as recreation reserve;

(c) the land described in the Third Schedule changes the classification of the reserve from a local purpose reserve to recreation reserve;

subject to the provisions of the Act.
