Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and Section 109(1)(a) of the Personal Property Securities Act 1999

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of the mortgage over goods (“the security agreement”), pursuant to a term loan agreement dated the 26th day of November 2013 between Greenlight Capital Limited and Navinash Vinod Kumaran and the deed of guarantee and indemnity dated the 26th day of November 2013 between Smart Logistics Limited and Greenlight Capital Limited over the following mortgaged goods (“the collateral”):

(b) was perfected on 28 November 2013 upon registration of financing statement FM1794JR955708WJ.
