Accident Compensation (Experience Rating – Hobsonville Adverse Event) Notice 2014

Pursuant to Regulation 23 of the Accident Compensation (Experience Rating) Regulations 2014, the Minister for ACC gives notice that the tornado that occurred in Hobsonville on 6 December 2012 was an adverse event.

This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Title—This notice is the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Review Panel Recommendations on the Canterbury Earthquake (Social Security Act) Order (No 2) 2010 Amendment Order 2014.
Review Panel recommendation—The Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Review Panel made the following recommendation under section 73(3) of the Act to the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery and the Minister for Social Development and Employment:

The Review Panel recommends to the Minister for Social Development and Employment and the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery that the Order be made without change.

Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011

Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Review Panel Recommendations on the Canterbury Earthquake (Social Security Act) Order (No 2) 2010 Amendment Order 2014

Pursuant to section 73(6) of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011 (“the Act”), the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery gives the following notice.

The Education (2015 Annual Maximum Fee Movement and Fee Limits) Notice 2014

Under sections 159L(3)(d) and 159M(b) of the Education Act 1989, the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills and Employment gives notice of the proposed conditions setting limits on the annual increases that tertiary education organisations may make to fees charged to domestic students in 2015.

It also specifies the conditions under which specified education funds are allocated by the Tertiary Education.
