The following instruments are separate instruments in the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments and are known collectively in the Food Standards Gazette as Amendment No. 147.

Food Standards (Application A1085 – Food derived from Reduced Lignin Lucerne Line KK179) Variation

The Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand gives notice of the making of this variation under section 92 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991. The Standard commences on the date specified in clause 3 of this variation.

2 Variation to Standards in the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code

The Schedule varies a Standard in the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.

The variation commences on the date of gazettal.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, of BDO Auckland, and Stephen John Tubbs, of BDO Christchurch, all chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company on 27 February 2014 by the High Court at Auckland in accordance with section 241 (2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993.

A meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of BDO Auckland, Level 8, BDO Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland City, on Thursday, 8 May 2014 commencing at 2.30pm.

Any creditors who have not received a notice from the liquidators please contact the liquidators at the address below as soon as possible and submit the required claim and voting forms by the times and dates prescribed in such forms.
