Form for the keeping of information relating to amount of milksolids collected, directly or indirectly, on or from dairy farms under s 147(4) of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001

Exemption: Dairy processors who collect a total of less than 2000 kg of milksolids per season are exempt from completing this form.

DIRA s108(1) permits Fonterra’s shareholding farmers to supply up to 20% of weekly production to independent processors
