Under the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, Dr Nick Smith, Minister of Conservation, hereby approve the sale of the following parcel of land currently vested in the Grey District Council, being part of the land described in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991 under the description “Greymouth Harbour Lands”, and being more particularly described in the following Schedule.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to be taken for motorway purposes and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
