Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was, on 16 April 2014, appointed as receiver and manager of the property of CLEVER HANDS NZ LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of March 2013,

which property consists of all the debtor’s present and after-acquired property.
