Land Acquired for Roading Purposes—Adelaide Road, Wellington

Pursuant to sections 15 and 57 of the Unit Titles Act 2010, and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired by the Wellington City Council for road and is vested in the Wellington City Council as legal road.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Setting Land Apart as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for an urupā to be known as Te Maheni 1 (Te Maheni Cemetery) Block to be held for the common use and benefit of the Ngāti Maru tribe.
