Land Set Apart for Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve—State Highway 12, Paparoa, Kaipara District

Pursuant to section 52(1)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for local purpose (esplanade) reserve and shall vest in the Kaipara District Council, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 12, Paparoa and Brynderwyn, Kaipara District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989 becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 12 and shall vest in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 583476, subject to mortgages 7636059.1 and 7641378.1, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(a), declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Kaipara District Council, subject to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
