Amending a Notice Realigning a Road—State Highway 1 Kamo Road and Western Hills Drive, Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice realigning a road, dated the 19th day of July 2013 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 July 2013, No. 94, page 2536, by deleting the legal description of the area firstly described in the Fifth Schedule and replacing it with the following:

“Part Lot 2 DP 58810, subject to a sewage right contained in B341366.1; shown as Section 34 on SO 456264 (part Computer Freehold Register NA13D/703).”
