Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That Areas Become Scenic Reserve

Under section 7(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Director, Conservation Partnerships – South and Eastern South Island Region of the Department of Conservation, declares that the land described in the First Schedule is held for conservation purposes and, under section 8(1A) of that Act, further declares that the land described in the Second Schedule be set apart as reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further, that the land described in the Third Schedule be classified as scenic reserve subject to the provisions of the latter Act on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Education Act 1989

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Kim Shannon, Head of Education Infrastructure Service, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

  1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
  2. This notice shall come into force on 10 April 2014.
