Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997

ACVM (Imported Feed Commodities) Notice 2014 (Notice No. MPI 340)

Pursuant to section 76A(6) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997, notice is given of the issue on 2 April 2014 of ACVM (Imported Feed Commodities) Notice 2014:

Clauses 1.1, 2.1(1), 2.2(1), 2.2(2), 2.2(4), 2.3(1), 2.3(2) and 2.6(1) (which set fitness for purpose, screening, and internal inspection requirements) come into force on 21 April 2014;

Clauses 1.2, 1.3, 2.1(2), 2.2(5), 2.3(3), 2.3(4), 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6(2) (which set identification, traceability, and record keeping requirements) come into force on 21 August 2014; and

Clause 2.2(3) (which mandates on-shore screening in New Zealand) comes into force on 21 January 2015.
