Notice of Meeting of Creditors

The signed forms are required to be in the hands of the liquidator by 5.00pm on Wednesday 16 April 2014.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Claim forms have been sent to creditors. The liquidator has fixed 23 May 2014 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at that date and a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
