(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 465703, subject to Mortgage 9311426.1.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road—

304 Te Atatu Road, Te Atatu South, Auckland

Notice is hereby given that the Auckland Council, under the provisions of section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981, proposes to take the land described in the Schedule to this notice (“land”).

The land is required for the Te Atatu Corridor Improvement Project. More particularly the land is required for road.
