Ngamatea Station is owned by the Apatu-Ngamatea Trust.

4.5 Hau Ora Farm: Lots 1–3 DP 351714 and Lot 2 DP 336932; bounded by Rochfort and Kahuranaki Roads.
Hau Ora Farm is owned by Michael Whittaker.
