✨ Game Bird Hunting Regulations

14 MARCH 2014 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 30 859

9.5 In the Auckland Waikato Region, only holders of 2014 Whole Season Adult Game Bird Licences can claim hunting stands.

9.6 No one can claim more than one stand.

9.7 A stand cannot be claimed closer than 90 metres to a stand already claimed by another person without that person’s consent.

9.8 Any stand not occupied by the claimant within one hour after the opening hour of hunting, on any day, can be occupied by another licence holder for the remainder of the day.

10 Conditions

These conditions will expire at the end of the open season for game specified under the Second Schedule for each Fish & Game Region.
