The area has no community of interest with Mt Roskill, and their concerns will get overlooked by a representative from Mt Roskill. The main transport corridors are down Mt Eden Road, through Epsom, which also provides a natural barrier between Epsom and Mt Roskill.

Suggested solution: The block contained by Mt Eden Road, Landscape Road, St Andrews Road and Watling Street remain in the Epsom electorate.
