Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the mortgage over goods (the Secured Facility Agreement dated the 5th day of March 2007 (“the mortgage”)) over the following mortgaged goods (“the collateral”): 1994 Scania 8x4 Tipper Truck, Registration CUZ930, Chassis number XLERH8X4Z0434).
Notice is hereby given that on 21 February 2014, CROWN ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED (“mortgagee”) entered into possession of the collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Harold William Taylor, to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
The registered office of the mortgagee is 30 Sir William Pickering Drive, Burnside, Christchurch 8053.
Communications regarding the collateral may be addressed to Anthony Harper Lawyers, Level 9, HSBC Tower, 62 Worcester Boulevard (PO Box 2646), Christchurch.

New School Establishment Notice
Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby establish a Year 1–13 co-educational composite school to be located at Shortland Street, Wainoni, Christchurch, to initially be known as Aranui Community School.
The school will open for instruction at all year levels in term one of 2017.
This notice takes effect the day of publication.
