The following instruments are separate instruments in the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments and are known collectively in the Food Standards Gazette as Amendment No. 146.
Food Standards (Application A1081 – Food derived from Herbicide-tolerant Soybean Line SYHT0H2) Variation
The Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand gives notice of the making of this variation under section 92 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991. The Standard commences on the date specified in clause 3 of this variation.

Midwifery (Fees) Notice 2014
Pursuant to Part 6, section 130(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Midwifery (Fees) Notice 2014.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2014 and applies to fees from 1 April 2014.

Fee—The Midwifery Council (“council”) sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Revocation—This notice revokes all previous Midwifery (Fees) Notices from 1 April 2014.

No refund—Fees are not refundable when an application is declined.
