Reserves Act 1977
Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserve for Other Land and Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager North Canterbury/Christchurch, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993
Corrigendum—Redefining the Area of the Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the area of land set apart as Maori reservation by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 1983, No. 101, page 2180, and dated the 8th day of July 1983, is hereby redefined in terms of the area of land set out in the Schedule hereunder and in accordance with plan ML 15900.
