Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed on 4 December 2014 as joint and several receivers of all present and after-acquired investment securities issued by Westland Co-operative Dairy Company Limited, and its successors and assigns, and all accounts receivable, distributions, interest or other amounts paid, all related securities and all other advantages that are issued or arise in relation to any such investment securities under the terms of a security agreement entered into by Kevin John Garland, Nida Paneda Garland and HTT 2004 Limited as trustees of the EVANS CREEK TRUST on 15 November 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired investment securities issued by Westland Co-operative Dairy Company Limited, and its successors and assigns, and all accounts receivable, distributions, interest or other amounts paid, all related securities and all other advantages that are issued or arise in relation to any such investment securities.
