NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 153 — 18 DECEMBER 2014

Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road—State Highway 20, Mangere, Auckland

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway 20, Mangere, Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Crown;

b. Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
