Issued Accounting Standard: Disclosure Concessions for NZ IFRS 15 (Notice No. 89)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 24 of the Financial Reporting Act 2013, that the New Zealand Accounting Standards Board of the External Reporting Board has issued Disclosure Concessions for NZ IFRS 15.
Disclosure Concessions for NZ IFRS 15:
- applies to Tier 2 for-profit reporting entities and groups, other than where expressly exempted by its terms, the terms of any other approved accounting standard or by law; and
- may be adopted when a Tier 2 entity applies NZ IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers, which applies from 1 January 2017 with early adoption allowed; and
- is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2012.
Copies of the standard may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the External Reporting Board (XRB), Level 7, 50 Manners Street, Wellington.

Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Amendment Notice 2014
Pursuant to sections 130 to 133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
A m e n d m e n t
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Amendment Notice 2014.
(2) This notice comes into effect on 19 January 2015.
(3) This notice should be read in conjunction with the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 October 2014, No. 127, page 3567, and replaces the section in this notice titled “Annual Practising Certificate (APC) (Includes Discipline Levy)”.

Fees—The Pharmacy Council of New Zealand sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
