Approval of a School Name Change for Te Kura Hourua ki Whangaruru Notice
Pursuant to section 158B of the Education Act 1989, I hereby approve the change of school name from Te Kura Hourua ki Whangaruru* to Te Pumanawa O Te Wairua.
This notice shall come into force the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice of Variation of a Security Contract
On 17 November 2014, Her Majesty The Queen in the Right of New Zealand, acting by and through the Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections and First Security Guard Services Limited, varied a security contract under section 166(1) of the Corrections Act 2004.
First Security Guard Services Limited is the security contractor for the purposes of the Act.

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Further to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 October 2014, No. 122, page 3456, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 28, 29 and 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 29 October 2013, and a sub-delegation from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Transport dated 3 November 2013, I give notice that having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for new route and capacity entitlements relating to Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, The Netherlands, Philippines, Russia, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Viet Nam resulting from its code-share alliance with Singapore Airlines.
This variation took effect on 6 December 2014.

Merger of Porangahau School (2646) and Mangaorapa School (2596)
Pursuant to section 156A of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that Porangahau School and Mangaorapa School will merge on 28 January 2016.
Porangahau School will be the continuing school and the board of Porangahau School will be the board of the continuing school.
The interim period will commence on 20 April 2015 and end at the close of day before the date on which new trustees take office following an election.
