Notice of Dissolution of the Foxton School (2359) Board of Trustees and Direction to Appoint a Commissioner
Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, as the Minister of Education’s delegate, the Foxton School board of trustees is now dissolved and I direct the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
