Notice Under the Food Act 1981 (Notice No. MPI 438)

Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given of the issue on 10 December 2014 of the New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 61, which comes into force on 15 January 2015.

A copy of the food standard incorporating Amendment No. 61 may be inspected free of charge at or purchased from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
