Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
The director has resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidation commenced on 8 December 2014 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator does hereby fix 5 January 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
