Notice Under Section 55(1) of the Auditor Regulation Act 2011
Pursuant to section 55(1) of the Auditor Regulation Act 2011, the Financial Markets Authority on 18 December 2014 prepared a report on the extent to which the audit regulatory systems of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants were adequate and effective for the period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014.

Notice of Intention to Apply for Approval of Code of Practice
Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“HSNO Act”), WorkSafe New Zealand gives notice that New Zealand Defence Forces intends to apply for approval of the code of practice HSNOCOP 66 Compressed Gas Cylinder to DOT-SP 12098.
The purpose of this code of practice is to provide a means of compliance with the requirements of Regulation 10(c) of the Hazardous Substances (Compressed Gases) Regulations 2004.
It nominates a standard for the design and construction of seamless steel compressed gas cylinders for use in a re-breather unit.

Notice of Requirements for Granting of Certificates of Competence Under the Health and Safety in Employment (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2013
Under Regulation 34 of the Health and Safety in Employment (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2013, WorkSafe New Zealand gives notice of the requirements to be met for the granting of certificates of competence under those regulations.
Interpretation
In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires:
Board means the New Zealand Mining Board of Examiners, established under section 20D of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992
employed means employed as an employee or engaged as a contractor
