Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Martin Matthews, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to:

• vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to All Nippon Airways to authorise the airline to offer unlimited code-share services to/from New Zealand; and

• vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to Japan Airlines to offer unlimited code-share services to/from New Zealand.

These variations took effect on the date of signature below.

Land Transport Management Act 2003

Revoking State Highway and Declaring Sections of State Highway—State Highway 1, Ohingaiti

Pursuant to section 103 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, the Secretary for Transport gives notice that, with effect from 7 February 2014:

(a) The part of State Highway 1 described in the First Schedule is revoked; and

(b) The section of new road described in the Second Schedule is declared to be State Highway 1.

First Schedule

Part of State Highway 1 in Ohingaiti commencing at RP 865/9.90 at the intersection of the State highway southern boundary and the rail level crossing on Onslow Street, and following the previous alignment of State Highway 1 in a generally south-westerly direction to finish at RP 865/11.91, a distance of approximately 2.01 kilometres.

Second Schedule

The section of new alignment of State Highway 1 in Ohingaiti, commencing at RP 865/9.36 at a point approximately 500 metres north-east of the intersection with Onslow Street following a generally south-westerly direction to finish at RP 865/12.62, a distance of approximately 3.26 kilometres.
