Advertisement of Dissolution

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution for INDEPENDENT ORDER OF ODD FELLOWS OF NEW ZEALAND FRIENDLY SOCIETY (1802933) unless, within three months from the date of the New Zealand Gazette in which this advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of INDEPENDENT ORDER OF ODD FELLOWS OF NEW ZEALAND FRIENDLY SOCIETY commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution, and the dissolution is set aside accordingly.

Revocation of Dissolution of Incorporated Societies

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of these incorporated societies ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:
