Notice is given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 1 December 2014 at 8.30am, appointed Stephen Rex Tietjens, of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The undersigned does hereby fix 14 January 2015 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by resolution of the shareholders on Wednesday 3 December 2014 at 6.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator hereby fixes 9 January 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
