Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 5 December 2014 at 10.00am, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 16 January 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MOLE & CHICKEN 2010 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 December 2014 at 10.30am.
We fix 30 January 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.

On 2 December 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PETER CATES FARMING CO LIMITED be liquidated and that David Peter Fisher, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
