We fix Friday 30 January 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.

On 1 December 2014 at 3.20pm, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that ELECTRICAL NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton be appointed liquidator.
